Be Prepared
When dealing with Food Allergies, it is important to consider many aspects of your daily life. It can seem overwhelming to consider every time food is an issue- not just what you have for dinner, but everywhere you, or your child goes, every soccer game treat, every macaroni craft necklace, every family gathering, every classroom birthday, every family vacation.....The list goes on an on. For those of you who are newly diagnosed, please visit our Welcome Page. There you will find info about finding an allergist, getting a Food Allergy Action Plan and other resources!

Educate yourself as much as possible, but beware of internet resources. There are all sort of opinions about treatments, causes, products, etc. For instance, it's great to go on Facebook and talk to other families about products they like, but please check the facts before using. We always recommend contacing companies directly, reading every label every time, researching treatments and doctors. We recommend looking at the following guidelines.
